Tempeh Burger with Caramelised Onion Relish


This couldn't be easier and best part is it's healthy and delicious.

Serves 2
1 x 300g packet tempeh*
Oil for cooking
2 rolls
Jar caramelised onion relish (or relish of your choice)
Mayonnaise (I used a vegan brand)
Salads of your choice, I used lettuce & tomato

Heat some oil in a pan. Slice your tempeh in half. Pan fry the tempeh for 2 mins each side, or until golden and heated through.

Place on a roll with condiments and salad. Enjoy.

*Tempeh is a fermented soy bean cake, it's much less processed than tofu. I buy mine from my local supermarket in the fridge section next to the other vegetarian meat replacement products.
