500g self raising flour
1 tin pumpkin soup
2 eggs

Pre-heat oven to 230 degrees C.

Mix ingredients together (easier with your hands) split the mixture into 2 and place and a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Rub a little olive oil over the top to help it brown and bake for approx 30 minutes until cooked through.

Serve hot with your choice of topping. It's delicious with butter or cheese.
