 Kalamata Olive Pasta

Kalamata Olive Pasta

Serves 2-3
This dish is delicious warm or cold as a pasta salad

250g large spiral pasta
1/3 C olive oil
1/2 C kalamata olive slices
2 tblsp black olive tapenade
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste (approx 1/4 tsp each)
1 tblsp fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the pasta according to directions.

While pasta is cooking place remaining ingredients (other than parsley) in a small saucepan and warm through. Do not boil.

When pasta is cooked, drain and stir in sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and toss through to combine.
